Once we have called the API using the corresponding URL, parameters and identification, we will receive the information that we have asked for. This information has to have a format which is easy and convenient to be processed by an computer program. Normally, there are two formats of possible results: XML and JSON. In both cases, the result from the API will be a document on which the answer that we are looking for will be shown using labels. The type of response and the labels used vary according to the API.
